Over the next decade, Balwadkar Housing Corp envisions becoming a defining force in Pune’s urban development landscape. By 2035, we aim to achieve the following:
- Deliver 1,500 thoughtfully designed homes across Pune
- Build 500,000+ sq.ft of premium commercial space
- Successfully launch three major developments, including two residential projects in 2025 and a mixed-use (residential + commercial) project in 2026
